Shipping destinations

We ship within Australia and internationally to destinations available at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Australia.

Australia

Complimentary standard shipping is available within Australia. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International orders

Available services, delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout and vary by destination and order value. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states that they are included. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Secure delivery

Our jewellery is sent with tracking. A signature may be required, particularly for higher-value pieces. Please provide a secure delivery address and check that all details are correct before placing your order. We cannot redirect an order after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather and other delays outside our control may affect delivery.

Damage or loss

If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the jewellery, packaging and shipping label and email bonjour@lestresorsdevictoire.com promptly with your order number and photographs. If tracking shows a parcel as lost or delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us so we can open an enquiry with the carrier.
